I love working with students and career changers, helping them to define their goals and interests, plus offering guidance on how to apply them in the labor market.
Working with students and higher educational professionals has allowed me to use my passions for coaching and leading others in their personal, professional and leadership development. These activities are certainly a match for my creative connection activities. I like to develop programming which will facilitate positive interactions between all students and community employers. I have also enjoyed my involvement with CAREERCODE as an author, assessment, and training program developer to help others target environments/roles which will provide fulfillment.
